The pisco
An internationally awarded pisco, a clear grape brandy from Ica, the land of the sun in southern Peru.
The legend
A Franciscan monk dug into a desert dune with his bare hands and found crystal clear water. Pozo Santo, the sacred well, became a symbol of faith and fertile water for grapes.
The symbol
A drop of water surrounds the sacred well, rays of light enclose the drop, and a cross on top marks it as sacred.
